EASY YANKEE SPOILER BREAKFAST CASSEROLE
1 c. hot cooked grits (1 c. water & 3 T. grits)
1 box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
4 eggs, beaten
1 3/4 c. hot milk
1 stick butter, melted
Salt & Pepper to taste

Mix above ingredients together & set aside.
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
Layer sausage, grits mixture & top with cheese.

Bake 45 min. @ 325 degrees
