A collection of all the stuff I am bombarded with every day on Facebook and email and Twitter and so forth. Almost all of it is stuff that was sent to me and I did not request. I don't know where most of it came from other than the person that dropped it on me.

SLOW COOKED REUBEN SANDWICH
SLOW COOKED REUBEN SANDWICH
1 ounce jar of Sauerkraut
1 ounce softened cream cheese
2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
2 cups shredded corned beef (cooked)
¼ cup Thousand Island dressing
In a crock pot, slow cooker, combine the Sauerkraut,(drained), cream cheese, Swiss cheese, corned beef and thousand Island dressing.
If you are in a hurry, you can cook it on high for approximately an hour but if you have time, cooking it on low until hot and the cheese is melted is good. Stir it once in awhile while cooking.
Serve with small rye cocktail bread, crackers, Can also be used as a fondue.
I place it in the center of a serving tray and put the slice bread around it. As it cools and thickens, it becomes more of a spread and is delicious.
