A collection of all the stuff I am bombarded with every day on Facebook and email and Twitter and so forth. Almost all of it is stuff that was sent to me and I did not request. I don't know where most of it came from other than the person that dropped it on me.

SLICED BAKED POTATOES
SLICED BAKED POTATOES
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (you can also do them in the microwave for 6 plus minutes)
Brush both side of the potato slices with butter; place them on a cookie sheet. Bake in oven for 30 to 40 minutes or until lightly browned on both sides, turning once.
When potatoes are ready, top with bacon, cheese, green onion; continue baking until the cheese has melted;
Alternatively you can bake them sprinkled with garlic powder or use garlic butter to baste them rather than regular butter.

Should the temp be 375 or 400??? (directions show both)
ReplyDelete400. Looks like the recipe is worded weird. I'll clean it up a bit.
ReplyDeleteThese look really good - how thick are the slices?
