This juice combo is very alkalizing, boosts immune system, reduces water retention, helps to reduce arterial plaque deposits, regulate cholesterol level and lowers high blood pressure.
RECIPE (makes one portion):
- 1/4 cantaloupe
- A bunch of watercress (very potent)
- 1 cup of parsley
- A squeeze of lemon juice
- A thumb-sized piece of ginger (optional)
