BOILED EGG MUSHROOMS
Slice a cherry tomato, clean it enough to fit as a perfect cap for a hard boiled egg and add some Feta cheese to the top..cut the bottom of the egg straight so it will sit up. With a little imagination, you could add many other appetizers to this tray.
