- Dairy Free! (No Splenda)
2 cups of Agave Nectar
1 cup of butter/margarine (Margarine if you want to keep it dairy free)
2 teaspoons of vanilla
3/4 of a cup of baking cocoa
1 cup of flour
1/2 of a teaspoon of baking powder
1/4 of a teaspoon of salt
Preheat oven to 350 Degrees Fahrenheit.
Grease and flour a 9 X 13inch pan.
("To flour a pan, grease the pan with butter. Spoon a generous amount of flour into the greased pan. Tilt the pan so the flour slides over all inside surfaces. Now Turn the pan over and tap vigorously to remove extra flour.")
Microwave the butter in a microwave safe bowl until it is melted. Now Stir in the Agaven Nectar and Vanilla. Add the eggs one at a time, continually beating them. Add the unsweetened cocoa while still beating. Add the flour, baking powder and salt. Now Beat it until it's all fully mixed (And possibly Hospitalized).
Pour the batter into the floured pan and then Bake in the over for 30-35 minutes or until the brownies begin to pull away from the pan sides.
