This is a cartoon with Charlie Brown in a lab coat and wild white hair standing next to a silver Delorean.  Snoopy in his Joe Cool sunglasses is lean on the drivers side right bumper.  Snoopy is wearing an orange winter vest.  Some might say it resembles a life vest.

This is an homage to Back to the Future, Doc Brown, and Marty McFly.
