There Exists An Observable Occurrence During Peak Traffic Hours That Baffles The Mind
It occurs when you, after sitting in standstill traffic watching neighboring cars pass by at a healthy pace, decide to change lanes.
Only to see your new lane grind to a halt while your original lane speeds up.
I call this the "Your lane sucks phenomenon."
While extensive research has been done on the subject, the only logical explanation scientists have been able to find thus far is that it is caused by "You're stupid and the world hates you."
