What we have here is a picture of a rabbit with its face in its hands with a caption that reads, "All of those innocent field mice and I just bopped them on their heads".
I am assuming this refers to the Little Bunny Foo Foo song that is used to teach kids rhythm, rhyme, and motor skills.:
- Little bunny Foo Foo
- Went hopping through the forest
- Scooping up the field mice
- And bopping them on the head
- Down came the Good Fairy, and she said
- "Little bunny Foo Foo
- I don't wanna to see you
- Scooping up the field mice
- And bopping them on the head."
- I'll give you 3 chances,
- And if you don't behave, I will turn you into a goon!"
The next day...
- Little bunny Foo Foo
- Went hopping through the forest
- Scooping up the field mice
- And bopping them on the head
- Down came the Good Fairy, and she said
- "Little bunny Foo Foo
- I don't wanna to see you
- Scooping up the field mice
- And bopping them on the head."
- I'll give you 2 more chances,
- And if you don't behave, I will turn you into a goon!"

I gave you three chances and you didn't behave, so POOF you're a Goon.
The moral of the story is: Hare today, goon tomorrow.

The take away is that Little Bunny Foo Foo was a field mouse boppin addict. Clearly he is not a goon in this picture, so the remorse must be from falling off the wagon and not from getting punished by the fairy.
