Salad With Bleu Cheese and Steak

  • 2 Ounces of Crumbled Bleu Cheese
  • 6 Cups in total of Lettuce and Spinach

  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Sliced Shallots- Use as many according to your taste, but 3 to 5 are a good starting point as you experiment to determine what you like.
  • Lean Steak - For a salad with a hint of meatiness, then use a small steak.  For meatiness with a hint of salad use a large steak.
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
Cook the steak to your liking.  Then saute the shallots in the steak pan.
