EASY YORKSHIRE PUDDING



EASY YORKSHIRE PUDDING

1 and 1/2 cups of milk.
1 egg
1 teaspoon sugar (optional)
pinch of salt
Flour (enough to make a thick cream)

A breakfast cup and one half of milk. One teaspoon of sugar. A pinch of salt and enough flour to make a thick cream. To be well beaten and poured into hot fat.( Drippings from Roast Beef.) Cook to golden brown, Served with roast beef with rich gravy.
