Getting off the couch may not be for everyone. Ask your doctor if getting off the couch is right for you.

Possible side effects may include energy, sweating, joint pain, increased self esteem, fatigue, thirst, increased heart rate, lower blood pressure, weight loss, muscle aches, and a sense of accomplishment.

Tells others immediately if your risk of heart attack, stroke, and diabetes decrease after getting off the couch.
