A collection of all the stuff I am bombarded with every day on Facebook and email and Twitter and so forth.
Almost all of it is stuff that was sent to me and I did not request. I don't know where most of it came from other than the person that dropped it on me.

If You Say You're Going To Do Something, DO IT
If you say you're going to do something, DO IT.
If you say you're going to be somewhere, BE THERE.
If you say you feel something, MEAN IT.
If you can't, won't and don't, then DON'T LIE.
It's better to tell people the truth up front.
