A collection of all the stuff I am bombarded with every day on Facebook and email and Twitter and so forth.
Almost all of it is stuff that was sent to me and I did not request. I don't know where most of it came from other than the person that dropped it on me.

Life has knocked me down a few times, I always get up.
Life has knocked me down a few times, it showed me things I never wanted to see. I experienced sadness and failures. But one thing for sure, I always get up.
