Honey Butter

1/2 cup orange blossom honey
1/4 cup butter, softened
1/4 teaspoon grated orange rind $
1/4 teaspoon grated lemon rind
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl; beat with a mixer at medium speed until blended (about 2 minutes). Serve butter at room temperature
